A CROP is a specialist skill which brings its own unique risks and complications.
A standardised deployment would typically be for 5 hours. However this time period could be reduced or increased depending on the instruction given.
A standard minimum deployment of surveillance would typically be 8 hours. Usually over a three day period.
However, this rate is fixed. Should the individual who is subject to the covert surveillance continue to be active after the 8 hour period there is no enhanced rate or fees for continuation.
The start and finish time for a deployment can quite often be out of normal ‘business’ hours. This is generally accepted as part of the business and again there is no hidden charges.
A technical asset such as a tracker or covert static camera could be an aid to achieve the desired out come of a surveillance instruction. They are not used in all cases however as some clients wish not to for ethical reasons.
For more info on the deployments of technical assets, their benefits and pitfalls please get in contact.
An initial deployment fee of £50 and any subsequent monitoring/reporting costs vary and are based on a case by case basis.
A tracker being a vital asset in both developing an investigation and providing evidence to support one. please contact for more details surrounding prices tailored to suit your needs.
Penetration testing is something that is often spoken about within the cyber security world. Although very similar in principle, the application of penetration testing within the surveillance sector is effectively the legal or legitimate practice of testing, evaluating and assessing of a multi layered physical security product, system or process.
A surveillance motorcyclist is a dangerous and specialist role similar to other specialist roles such as CROP (Covert Rural Observation Post). To be used as a last resort to prevent a loss of the subject vehicle. The motorcycle is able to cover ground a lot quicker than a vehicle, able to make ground through traffic quicker, filter through traffic or even able to pass between two lorries on a dual carriageway to gain the visual on the subject vehicle again. Often an asset in busy city’s.
